REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF SUMMER APPLIANCES AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STATION JAMMU AND KALUCHAK UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Supply of Labour only for attending and rectification of daily complaints for day to day maintenance and servicing for Split AC/Window AC /hot & cold air conditioner/Dual inverter Air conditioners/Flame proof AC of any capacity and make installed in various locations of 23 wing AF Jammu and 256 SU Kaluchak (excluding sundays and holidays) with high skilled refrigerator mechanic and helper including detecting fault of split/window air conditioner complain and servicing all unserviceable parts for split/window ac and replacement of u/s parts & repair of all necessary items and handed over to user for serviceable condition within 24 hours for minor faults and within 48 hours for major faults all as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge. Note: (a) Contractor has to employ highly skilld Refrigerator Mechanic with helper and necessary T&P for attending day to day complaints of Ref and AC failing which recovery shall be made at two times of quoted rate. (b) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of transport from AF Station to work shop & back shifting within permises. ( c) Any parts shall be replaced and paid separately as "supply only " against relevant item (s) of this schedule.

M&L for Shifting of Split type AC/ Window type AC capacity upto 2 Ton , including submain/point wiring all electrical items and drilling, making good on surface of PCC concreting, white cement plastering and all necessary items and transporting complete one location to other location in 23 Wing area and 256 SU Kaluchak area replacing unserviceable parts and handing over the machine/ equipment in serviceable condition to the user including fixing to new location all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Blower motor complete suitable for window type AC upto 2.0 Ton all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Indicator suitable for window type AC up to 2 Tonall as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge.

Thermostat switch suitable for window type AC up to 2 Tonall as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge.

Control knob suitable for thermostat switch and selector switch of window type AC up to 2 Tonall as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge.

Selector switch suitable for window type AC up to 2 Ton all as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge.

Relay along with box suitable for window Type AC upto 2 Ton all as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge.
