Demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filing, and mass concrete , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggragate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of polygonal rubble, uncoursed as well bonded, bedded solidly hearted, built in built in cement mortar 1:4 CM except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble masnoary in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
