Repair of DG Set engine 5 to 82.5 KVA capacity by opening /dismantling the complete engine and repair of crank shaft ,replacement of head gasket and other gaskot, bush, bearing any type, oil seal, rings or any lath work at Civil workshop, replacement of defected piston assembly, cylinder liner, head inlet/outlet valves and other gasket and reassemble after repair ,testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair of DG set engine 100 KVA to 320 KVA by opening / dismantling of engine Head of DG set complete and repair replacement of Valve Guide, inlet/ outlet Valve, valve seals,head Gaskets, injectors assemblies, and repair head in Civils workshope and reassemble after repair ,testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Turbocharger as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to radiator assembly Cleaning washing thoroughly, de- scaling and M&L for replacement of rubberize paid and MS Nut & Bolts including brazing /repair of cooling tubes with dismantling and segregation upper and lower chamber (tank) including and reassembling any type any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the alternator assembly of DG set of capacity 5 to 82.5 KVA from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils,rewinding the stator,rotor and excitor gauge,replacement of insulation material,heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the alternator fully serviceable,reassembling the alternator shifting back to the installation ,assembling the same with engine making electric connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no 45 above but for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Overhauling of PT (Pressure time) fuel pump by dismantling and segregation all parts, replacement of new parts such as filter screen shut down valve, valve elbow, pulsation clamp, idle adjusting screw, high speed spring, governer plug etc in replacement of existing U/S parts re-assembling the pump after repair/ replacement of parts and testing by celebration as per sample of cap 5 KVA to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no 47 above but for DG Set of cap 100 KVA to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of self starter 24 volt complete with accessory for DG set as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing self starter 12 volt complete with accessory for DG set – as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to self starter with replacement of carbon brushes, pinion, rewinding of starter and rotor winding ,replacement of defective bents etc to make the starter fully serviceable and testing for DG Set any make any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to DG Set control panel any type including replacement defective sensors like AMF module , relay card / board ,current transformer ,key switch , indiators , warning ,push button and checking wiring complete including made functional all the system/controls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of maintinance free battery 12 volt 180 AH tubular type including battery leads and initial charging of battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting grasses, bushes, wild growth (after cutting remaining grass should not be more than 50 mm from ground level) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and including cleaning of area around the HT/ LT pole, LT Feeder Piller / LT Panel out door, E&M installation bldgs etc, removal of sharps, bushes and grasses and deposited as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
