SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, TILING, JOINERY, PLASTER FLOORING AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS INCL ELECTRICAL WIRING, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT TYPE-III QTRS (BLDG NO. P-83,84,85,86,94) AND TYPE-IV QTRS (BLDG NO. P-87,88,89,90,113,114) AT ADRDE AGRA

Dismantling tile work upto 25 mm thickness in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including disposing debris out of premises.

M&L for providing and laying vitrified tiles of size 600X600mm (thickness 8mm to 10mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in floor laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete all specified & directed.

M&L for providing and laying Vitrified tiles of size 600X600mm (thickness 8mm to 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Rate for grouting of joints shall be included in this item in quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made in this item for grauting).

M&L for providing and laying Non skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 400x400 mm (7 to 8mm thick) of 1st quality conformingto IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades as approved, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (of required size as directed) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of anysize as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and out of premises.

M&L for 22-25mm thick pre-polished Kota stone slab flooring (over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slabs 18-20 mm thick pre-polished in risers of steps, skirting, dado andpillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 18-20 mm thick Granite stone slab all colour and shades as approved, area of slab upto 0.50 sqm, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish complete at all levels.

Dismantling old plaster, dado or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground outside MD land complete all as directed.
