Assisting in checking healthiness of application software at Master Control Room(MCR) and Auxiliary Control Room(ACR) on daily basis. Assisting in Fixing/resolving application software issues whenever the CISF personnel reports that application software becomes unresponsive. Take necessary steps to fix the issue such as installation and configuration of the following DVTEL latitude version 6.2 application software consisting of • Video management software-1No • Failover video management software-1No • Video recording software-3 Nos • Video analytic software-8 Nos

Check camera logs, records and identify faulty cameras where there is loss of video, offline, showing live-view but not recording and take corrective measures

Assisting department personnel to carry out the following works at Master Control Room (MCR) at STF facility and Auxiliary Control Room(ACR) at Main Gate Security Complex on daily basis . This includes the inspection of the following 13 nos. of servers, 9 nos. of storage arrays 4 nos. of work stations, 6 nos. of distribution switches, 3 nos. of 10 KVA UPS 3 nos. of 3 KVA UPS, 8 nos. of CCTV monitors, Assisting departmental persons to rectify the defect in any of the above mentioned system. It is to be noted that all the systems and accessories in MCR, ACR, EID Annex building, Kunnathur tower are covered unless mentioned otherwise.

Assisting departmental personnel in configuring cameras/devices, network switches whenever these items become defective, replace with new one.

Repair/ replacement of defective DVTEL make PROLINE/QUASAR series cameras with cameras compatible with DVTEL latitude version 6.2 video management software. Note: If not able to repair new compatible replacement cameras shall be provided by the contractor.

Replacement of defective 5-50mm camera lens with compatible lens with the mount suiting DVTEL cameras. Note: The replacement lens shall be provided by contractor and will not be supplied by department.

Assisting department personnel in the field during the network fault such as optical cable(8 cores) cut. This includes • Fault detection • localization using Optical Time Domain Reflectometer. • Fiber Splicing using Splicing machine and dressing the optical cable in LIU.

a)Adjustment of camera lens and cleaning the camera surface for focusing properly in field of view of the camera. Adjusting camera position whenever it is disturbed. It also includes inspection of Mounting brackets, U clamps and other accessories of the cameras and replacement of these accessories whenever required. The trained technician needs to climb on the 30 feet ladder to reach the camera [7-meter camera pole] throughout the periphery of DAE boundary wall. It also involves shifting of Ladder manually to the appropriate location. b)Rectification of defects/replacement of the devices pertaining to Pole Junction boxes. The devices accommodated in the Camera pole junction box are power adapters, Data and power line Surge suppressors, and MCBs. No of camera =188 (188x4=752)

Assisting the departmental personnel in configuring analytics of the cameras and testing the performance of analytics in video analytic servers on monthly basis (12 X 7 servers)

Quarterly preventive check of the network switch junction boxes and rectification of defects/ replacement of the devices, accommodated in Network Switch Junction Boxes. The devices accommodated are network switches, LIU, power adapters, Data and power line Surge suppressors. No of Racks =52 , 52x4=208

Making a trench (900 mm (D) x 300 (W), Rerouting of CAT6, Power and fiber optic cables inside HDPE conduits from the nearest Access Switch junction box whenever there is a defect in the cables.

Replacement of rusted poles of 7 meters height with spare ones .The approximate weight of the pole is 100 Kgs.

Replacement of junction boxes with necessary wiring and fixing of devices in it.

Painting of camera poles, camera junction boxes and Field racks. This includes the cleaning of camera poles, camera junction boxes and Field racks. Removing the rust in all the parts. Applying red oxide coating and then two coats of painting. Note: The paint and related accessories shall be provided by the contractor. The paint color shall be decided by the department.
