REPAIRS OF FLAT 12 10 AND 12 3 IN OFFICERS QUARTER

Providing, supplying & applying cement plaster of 12 mm thick in line & level at all height with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 sand) to walls, beams, columns, ceiling, moulds, Patta, grooves etc. including making of 75 mm dia hole in walls for AC pipe outlets as required numbers, scaffolding, curing ,finishing smooth and chipping the concrete at all levels including cost of all materials, transportation, lift, loading, unloading, curing, labour, tools and plants, taxes, duties, levies, octroi, royalties, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Approved make - (Ultratech, Dalmia, ACC, Duraguard)

Providing and applying two or more coat of putty on interior walls/ceilings in newly plastered surface to make the surface smooth (Make: Birla/Asain paints) and sand papering the surface to ready for painting including all tools and tackles, transportation, scaffolding complete in all respect, as per the direction of EIC.

Providing, laying and fixing of pre-moulded and smooth polished, machine cut approved Granite stone in required combination design pattern and approved colour shade and texture, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete laid with approved fixing material after proper chipping of old base and jointed with cement slurry, and pointing with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the stones etc, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including chipping, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels and finished to line, level, plumb etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine polishing. Item including cost of all required dismantling, chipping of all surfaces, all materials, epoxy, curing, fixing materials, moulding, grouting, edge curve finishing, polishing, labours & royalties, conveyance, loading and unloading, sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in charge. The colour shade, pattern, design to be finalised by the NABARD representatives.

Providing, laying of 1st quality vitrified wall tile confirming to to IS-15622 specifications of approved quality of size(4'X2'/ 2'x2', 1'x1', etc as required and approved by NABARD ), shape and thickness including necessary fixing method .Close jointed & grouted with proper matching grout where necessary finished with flush pointing with fix-A tile(Sika/Pidilite/Roff)& with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the tiles etc. Finished to line, level, plumb, etc.as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine/hand polishing. Item including cost of all material, labour & royalties, conveyance, loading and unloading, sundries,T&p,etc complete as per the specification & direction of EIC.(Approved make-kajaria/somany/Rak)

Removing of old tile and mortar & Providing ,laying of 1st quality double charged vitrified floor tile of size(min size 4'x2') and thickness of approved make confirming to IS-15622 specification in floor, skirtings over proper cement slurry/necessary fixing material and epoxy based water proof adhesive to proper slope, line and level including dismantling, cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. Finishing the joints with epoxy-based water proofing grout to match the colour and shade of tiles complete as per the design &drawing with cost of all material, as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of EIC.
