Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Pointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 to Full Depth of Tiles (Marble Slabs, Pressed Tiles, Ornamental Tiles) , etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications

Repoiting of the floor tiles with Dr. Fixit Dampguard water proofing floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing and refixing M.S. Sheet 18gauge of approved quality including cost of sheet and labour charges for welding charges and necessary furnitures fitting and conveyance charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of GI pipe of size 40mm dia and 2.10m height 2 nos with cloth rinishing wire 4m with necessary fittings cost includes clamps, transportation, labour and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and Fixing in position steel glazed Ventilators with central hung swing shutter using F7D section of size 30x25x3mm for inner outer froames with 4 Nos. Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Chipping and removing the existing delaminated portion of the concrete surface such as beams columns, ceiling etc.,to the required depth and exposting the rods and dismantled area shall be thoroughly cleaned using sand plaster and wash the surface and steel rebars to remove ball loose particles and additional reinforcement be provided if required and bnoth the existing and new reinforcemnt rods shall be provided with two coats of TEC BEAT ZR Exit Zinc Rich reinforcement Coating system and Mixing and applying mineral based cementations bonding coat Tec bond SBR by brush to the revetted treatment surface and applying coarse repair mortar (Cement mortar mixed with chips) Mixed with the Tec proposal 300 finally guiting the cement mortar 1:3 over the required area by using 7Kg.(100psi) working pressure of air compressor and cement plastering in CM 1:4 mixed with Tec proposal 300 and Tec cure WB shall be applied as curing membrane etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including nerewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrough and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.
