Repalcement by new supply of Hydraulic Dashpot arrangement of 500 mm Non return Valve installed at pump delivery side and Overhauling and repairing of existing Non return Valves with replacement by new supply of Rotork/Syncropak Electrical Actuator for 500 mm Butterfly Valve installed at individual Pump Delivery to complete.

Supply, delivery , storage, installation, testing of 11 panel HT VCB switch board , having voltage level 11 KV , at 50 Hz, with fault level 26 KA for 3 sec , as per technical specification and direction of EIC. (including supplying & installation of MS structure as required and dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable HT panel)

Supply , delivery , storage, installation and testing of 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ, LT Control Desk for Pump House at Bhattanagar pumping station as per Tender specification and our standard scope of supply. (including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable control desk)

Supply , delivery ,storage & installation of 110 Volt , DC, 100 AH sealed maintenance free battery comprising of 55 no 2 volt cells with float cum boost battery charger cum DCDB panel as per specification, technical offer and as directed by EIC. (including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable battery and charger)

Supply , delivery, storage and Laying through tray/masonary duct to different equipment at site of 3 core, 300 sqmm, 11 KV (E) , XLPE insulated, armoured Aluminium conductor cable as per specification, technical offer and as directed by EIC. The replacement of HT cable by new supply to different electrical equipments as follows :- a) from WBSEDCL outgoing feeder to two (02) nos. incomer of HT MCC cum PDB as per requirement- 1 lot b) From each motor & capacitor feeders of HT MCC cum PDB to diffrent motors & capacitors as per requirement and direction of EIC - 1 lot . (including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable cables)

Supply , delivery, storage and Laying of control cable for AC and DC supply of standred copper conductor of various size and grade and also suitable required length & as per specification for all remote control and interlocking circuits etc. as required to complete.

Supply , delivery, storage and Laying of MV cable of 1.1 KV, 50 HZ, 3.5 /4.0 /3.0 Core as follows:- a) from LT PDB to Battery charger 4 C, 4.0 sqmm stranded Copper conductor XLPE insulated armoured cable-1 Lot b) from Battery charger/DCDB at pump house to HT MCC cum PDB, 2X 3 C, 2.5 sqmm stranded Copper conductor XLPE insulated armoured cable -1 Lot c) from Battery charger/DCDB at pump house to control desk, 3 C 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable for DC supply - 1 Lot d) from LT PDB to Control Desk, 3C, 2.5 sqmm, multi strand copper conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable for AC supply- -1 Lot (including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable different size cables)

Supply delivery and installation of cable jointing materils as per specification as follows:

All HT cable jointing materials (dry type) as required and direction of EIC.

All Control and screen cable jointing materials (dry type) as required and direction of EIC .

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Supply delivery storage and installation of fire extinguishers and fire buckets as follows:

(i) Dry powder 5 kg each

(i) ABC type 5 kg each

Fire bucket 9 ltr

Carrying out pre commissioning test of the HT and MV equipments and making ready all HT and MV equipments for high /medium pressure test and submission of test reports.

Carrying out statutory high pressure test on all HT equipments and medium pressure testing of all MV equipments as per specification including charges of GOVT electrical inspector.

Commissioning the whole installation including Trial Run of Pumps/newly installed equipments for one month with 8 hrs. at a stretch operation as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
