Taking down cement plaster from brick walls masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:– The qouted rate shall deemed to be include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified digital double charge light coloured tiles 8-9 mm thick ( square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.34 sqm & not exc. 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above but in skirting to walls including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles light coloured tiles 8-9 mm thick ( square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.40 sqm & not exc. 0.72 sqm,in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jet south black granite slab work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 75x50 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement factory made WPC single extruded 100% lead free ISO certified board of 18mm thick pre laminated both side, shutter for kitchen cabinet and cupboard. The laminated shutter should be .12 microne pre laminated side with different design and other side plain white of density not less than 650 kg / cum manufactured by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. The 18mm board should be 100% lead free, water proof, termite proof and borer proof and should have good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.
