Flush pointing in CM 1:3 for RR masonry including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of non slippery floor tiles of 305 x 305 x 6 mm first quality design ceramic tiles of approved colours in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40 Kg / Sqm including cost of materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Wall tiles with approved first quality & colour glazed tiles with printed design 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2, 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg / m² including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of single leaf door half glazed & half PLB in Aluminium anodised section 101.06 x 44.75 x 2.40 mm box section for outer frame and using sections 83.50 x 44.45 x 2.40 mm for vertical, 50 x 44.45 x 2.50 mm for top & middle and 101.06 x 44.75 x 2.40 mm for bottom and the door shutter covered with 12 mm thk. exterior grade both sides decorative finished pre - laminated MDF board at bottom & 5.50 mm thk. plain glass at top will all necessary fixtures such as handles,hinges,locking arrangements, namatha beading,stay rods,L angles, aluminium clips, rubber beading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying & fixing in position of Hydraulic Door closer of approved quality using Aluminium Extruded section body tubular type Universal with double speed adjustment like HARDWYN (make) GAZEL or equivalent with ISI Monogram.

Terrace flooring of one course of pressed tiles 200 x 200 x 20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thk. mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar in 1:3 with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, crude oil, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing of solid PVC door shuttets using 19 gauge19 mm M.S.square tubes for styles and outer frames,15 mm M.S.square tubes for top,lock and bottom rails.The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets ,shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings.The overall size of styles shall be 50 mm X 30 mm.The overall size of top rail,lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm X 30 mm The overall size of frames shall be 50mm X 45 mm,with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian type white water closet of size 580 x 440 mm (Oriya pan) with P or S traps, both sides glazed with a pair of foot rests with necessary brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2, complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour,transporting with necessary fittings,lead,lift,etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing white wash basin 550x400mm with all accessories such as cast iron brackets, 32 mm dia C.P waste coupling, rubber plug & chain, 32mm dia. B class G.I waste pipe, 15mm dia. G.M wheel valve, 15mm dia. nylon connection, 15mm dia. brass nipples, 15mm C.P pillar tap, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A F.T. switch covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thk. with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' x 36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply & fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1m. down rod with fan clamp with side plates & cross arm of size 450mm (18").
