Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable and getting out including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including leveling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr of the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing of the following sizes:- Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for taking out unserviceable open well submersible pump 15 HP from Shallow well including column pipes, (upto 20 mtr depth) submersible cable, steel rope and accessories etc and re-lowering of pump after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 15 HP open well submersible motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismantling and transporting to workshop from the pump house and the same shall be re install at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Kirloskar 90 Kw/120HP 3 Phase induction Motor of speed 2960 RPM with Suitable gauge copper wire (as per existing size of copper wire) with varnishing, insulation material including taking out from the mehtab majra pump house to the workshop and refixing and testing after rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing portability of water by chemical analysis such as PH Value, dissolved solids, hardness as CaCo3 and Calcium, Magnesium, Chlorides, sulphate, nitrate, alkality, Iron Turbidity NTU, mineral oil, colour hazen units, taste, odour, residual free chlorine, total Coliform per 100mm (microbiological test) and E Coli as per 100ml (microbiological test) as well as bacteriological portability from any govt lab, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & further distribution of Alum ferric of super quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and further distribution of Calcium Hypo Chlorite 65% to 70 % Chlorine content in granular form (calcium based granular disinfectant) for water treatment (Drinking water), ISO 90001 & 14001, ISO-45001 - OHSAS Occupational Health & Safety Management System, packed in 45-50 Kgs each Drum to various pump houses installed at Kalka, parwanoo on monthly basis, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the sedimental materials from Semi UG Sump of capacity 1,25,000 gallons, silt, other foreign material from sump and depositing where directed at a distance not exc. 50m, cleaning all the surface internally and externally with iron brushes with bleaching and including white washing with two coats of lime wash mixed with 0.50% copper sulphate etc complete only externally painting of UG sump, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.18.00 above but for UG sump of capacity 75,000 gallons located at Mehtab Mazra, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the sedimental materials from Over Head Tank of capacity 45,000 gallons, silt, other foreign material from Tank and depositing where directed at a distance not exc. 50m, cleaning all the internal surface with iron brush and bleaching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the water from shallow well located at Parmanoo by using sewage pump of suitable capacity and PVC hose pipe to the adjacent Nallah and taking out of mud/silt/foreign material laying inside the well by using conventional engineering method, removing to and depositing in adjacent nallah complete, cleaning all the surface internally with iron brushes, bleaching powder and white washing the external surfaces complete with two coats of lime wash mixed with 0.50% copper sulphate etc complete and painting the steel surfaces inside of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Electronic water level indicator electric operated with indications of level of water in existing Over Head/UG Sumps comprising of one number each Automatic multi water level indicator of 10 level indication heavy duty board on principle of conductivity including making connections of new sensor suitable for indicator and Electronic water level indicator installed at pump house bldg appx distance upto 180 Mtr for cable for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note- All connected items required for smooth functioning of water level indicator deemed be included in quoted rates i.e wire/ sensor/ control panel etc)

M&L for taking out unserviceable submersible pump 40/45 HP from bore well including column pipes, (upto 120 mtr depth) submersible cable and accessories etc and re-lowering of pump after necessary repair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 40/45 HP submersible motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismantling and transporting to workshop from the pump house complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 12.5 HP induction motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismantling and transporting to workshop from the pump house and the same shall be re install/alignment at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DI /CI Specials like Bends ( any type radius and angle) tapers any type, Tees branch single piece all sockets spigots collars, caps plugs ,tail piece etc of size 100 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bearing set as per sample (Ball Bearing & Roller Bearing, Front & Rear) of induction motor for centrifugal pump set installed at site for 120 HP Centrifugal pump set installed at Majra Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Aquajio chloroscope (Chlorine & PH test kit) for estimation of residual chlorine in water comprises of plastic box, two tube, dropper and colour filter for colour estimation, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F electric shock & it's Management/ Fire order/ SOP Chart (Star HD Flex) showing the Effects, Management, Precautions against electric shock of dimension (90cm×60cm) fixed on Iron square bar Frame (90cm×56cm×2cm) welded together at each end screwed with 2 Hooks for fixing on the wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29.00 above but for history of plant and machinery chart (Star HD Flex) showing description of 3 phase motor coupled pump sets and generators wherever installed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of rising main, delivery, wash out, overflow line of OH reservoir 150/100/80 mm dia bore pipe by scraping, dust cleaning body by wire brush and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour including cleaning of chocked line if any all as directed and forming the arrow showing direction of water flow complete all as specified and directed. Note: All T&P required for painting the pipe lines is deemed to be included in unit rate.

M&L for fire point canopy type made of Mild Steel (MS) Frame including 3 Nos of fire bucket and frame having provision of 3 Nos of fire extinguisher cylinder to be installed at E/M Installations complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fire point MS Frame should be able to hold 03 Nos of fire buckets & 03 Nos of fire extinguishers.

S&F 100mm cold flow water meter at outlet of bore well inc pipe cutting, jointing to be used for measurement of discharge of submersible pump set 40 HP on main discharge line complete all as specified and directed.
