PART A- Repairing/renovation of Rack Classifier No.2. Isolating the Rack Classifier and its allied grit chamber No.2 by closing the sluice gate, providing of gunny bags, and dewatering / cleaning of sewage with the help of submersible pump & manual labour with safety arrangements as per NHRC guidelines.

Dismantling of rack classifier by removing of gear box, motor, bearing bracket, shaft, spine pipe shaft, all connecting rod with pins and taking out the complete classifier from chamber with the help of mobile crane after cutting of all rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and other required tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Strengthening the complete structure with replacement of damage structure with the help of C- channel (120 mm X 65 mm X 8 mm) length 18 mtr approx.

Replacement the bottom scrapper (75 mm X 325 mm X 6 mm) job including cutting the old by gas cutter and fixing new with the help of electric welding.

Supply and fixing of neoprene rubber as squeezers.

Repairing / servicing of gear box of the rack. The job includes replacement of the Bronze gear with shaft and bearing as per existing size with oil seal and complete in all respect

Providing of bearings No.22209- 03 Nos. make: SKF/FAG and fixing the same in the main hub shaft of rack classifier.

Providing ofsuitable frame size new motor of 1.1 KW motor (TEFC-3 phase, 415 V, 4 pole, squirrel cage, 1440 RPM, 50 Hz, Duty S1, IP 55 , F class insulation) horizontal flange mounted and fixing the same to the exisitng gearbox with nut bolts as per site requirement. Motor Make:- ABB/crompton/kirloskar/approved in DJB.

Fabrication and fixing M.S cover for protection of motor and gear box from Rain.

Supply of nut bolts as per site requirement.

Assembling the rack assembly in the chamber with the help of mobile crane and fixing the other spares with required hardware goods.

Providing and fixing of M.S plate as required by job for making the alignment of classifier including making hole and welding work as per requirement of site.

PART B- Strengthening of MS structure of Grit Separator No.1 & 2 allied works. Isolating the Rack Classifier and its allied grit chamber No.1 by closing the sluice gate, providing of gunny bags, and dewatering / cleaning of sewage with the help of submersible pump & manual labour with safety arrangements as per NHRC guidelines.

Disconnection of electric supply from panel to ensure safe workplace with proper safety arrangements complete in all respect.

Dismantling of rusted and damaged M.S structure by cutting the old nut bolts etc. with the help of proper logistics arrangements as required.

Providing and fixing of MS structure having C channel arm (5 mtr approx,150 X 75 X 8 mm), MS scrappers (8 Nos. in each grit separator) in L shape made out from MS sheet (250 mm X 1500 mm X 8 mm) i/c 100 % synthetic rubber squeezers and MS flat (50X6mm) to press the squeezers with nut bolts. The job i/c grinding, cutting and welding etc. as per site requirement.

Providing & fixing of adjusting SS -304 tie bolts as per sample with hinged pin for adjustment and balancing of both arm to make the complete balancing of system.

Replacement of sprocket of 1" pitch as per sample.

Replacement of chain of 1" pitch as per sample.

Supply of nut bolts of various sizes with washer as required.

Replacement of old and rusted walkway of both grit separator, allied walkways at inlet chambers made out from MS chequered sheet 8 mm thickness and supporting MS angles (50 X 50 X 5 mm) and MS C channels (75 mm X 40 mm X8 mm)as required where basis to make hassle free approach with the help of proper logistic arrangements and safety precautions.

Painting (Epoxy-Black colour) atleast 2 coats or more &01 coat of Primer on complete MS Structure of both Grit Separator No.1 & 2 and rack classifier No.2 along with walkways etc..

Testing and commissioning on no load & on full load complete in all respect i.e. rack classifier and both grit separators.

PART-C :- Guide Railings. Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) SS-304 Hollow pipes (50 mm dia, 3 mm thick, 24 mtr in length and SS 304 plates (12 Nos.) of size 100 X 100 X 5 mm with nut bolts and fastners as required at site.
