Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scraches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work .

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of erviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutiing the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc. complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and laying damp - proof course (sqm 267.72) 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)
