Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed Notes:-Dismantled material should be thrown out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hacking of floors) to match shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300x450 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles of premium quality as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the shade, pattern, laying at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre- polished granite slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of 20 mm thick including over cement screed bed including edge moulding to shape cutting and nosing with suitable hole for cylinder gas pipe, kitchen sink ,WHB, grinding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish (Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones and set in screed bed 15mm thick CM 1:4 in single piece for platform complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 15mm dia pipe and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 15mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings. (ISI marked) such as brass elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified

Cutting chases,pinning for concealed water tubing and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1;3 ,cutting n exc 10cm girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia bib taps long body fancy type,chromium plated(CP) with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair CP grating 125mm dia as suitable to existing trap as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls,applying two coats of distemper with oil emulsion over a coat of primer over a thin layer of wall care putty including necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing and testing 230 volts modular kitchen chimney suitable to be fixed to any rigid vertical/surface over the cooking area in the kitchen, including bricks wall demolation and making a hole and fixing of duct and repair of wall with complete masson work, inclusive of the following components :- (a)The canopy of the hood and the front panel is made out of high quality heat resistant and tempered glass, size 60x60cm the body of the hood house motor, blower, lamps filter and control switches. (b)Reduction flange, which also acts as a uni-directional butterfly valve to prevent cockroaches or rats from entering into the hood area when the hood is not in use. It permits the smoke to go out of the hood. (c)The U shaped section is made of high quality mirror polished stainless steel (fitted along with the hood) for covering the housing and the suction. (d)Wall bracket to fix the hood with screws and rawl plugs. (e)Flexible and expandable aluminium hose to connect the hood to the outlet to the outlet of the kitchen.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan complete with blades, hanging accessories, pull chain control and accessories,1350rpm, 230V, 400mm size sweep min air delivery 72Cmm air delivery complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
