Running and Operation of Fire fighting and fire Alarm System in the following building and the out side complex as per the time period and description below.

This includes deployment of Electricians/ Technician/ Pump operator/Fireman/ pump-operator-cum-helper for runing and operation of fire fighting & fire alarm system round the clock uptill the time period of contract.

This also includesthe minor repairs, maintenance of fire Equipments, Operation & Testing of Fire Fighting and Alarm system i.e. Detectors Sprinklers, Motor Engine, Pump, House pipe, stand post Hydrant, Sluice Valves, public address system and distribution of water supply, ring-main and risers etc. Complete in all respects as desired by the Engineer- in charge.

This also includes the minor reapairs, maintenance of plant Equipments, Operation and Testing of system i.e. Boilers, Motor , Pumps, Water pipe and risers, Heating units,Sluice valves Electrical pannel system and distribution of water supply, complete in all respects as desired by the Engineer-in-charge.

This includes minor repairs, such as replacement of MCB Glasses, Panel, Cards, Rubber Gasket, Bearing for motor pumps,Fises links, Gland Dori, cleaning agents, soap, detergents,cloth & emery paper, Oil & Grease for moving parts,maintain of Log-book, etc. as and when required.

R/O complete rate of Fire fighting & Fire alarm system in District Court Complex at Chakkar, Shimla-5 H.P .for the year 2022-2023 (w.ef..1st Oct.2022 to 30th Sep-2023).)complete as described above.

Terms and Condition :-

The Contract shall have to deploye at least 1 No. Qualified / Skilled Technical in the shaft manner and 1 No addition skilled helper / T-Mate during normal woerking hrs i.e 9 AM to 5 PM. The number of such shift shall not be less than 3 (three) in one day i.e. 24 hours.

The contractor shall have to maintain the day to day log-book of the plant, which shall contain the temperature & relative humidity records along with details of shut down of plant whether due to fault or power failure. Such log -book shall be made always available in the plant room of the building.

The contractor 's staff shall be responsible for cheking the performance of each and every heating unit (FCU) or Contractor) and shall ensure proper devery of heating effect inside every cornor of the building.

The contractor 's shall have to ensure the entry of only authorized persons into the plant - room.He shall ensure the safety of all the plant equipment and material in the plant - room . Any breakdown, fault or damaged to the system shall be reported by the contractor or his representative to the Engineer - in - Charge immediately.
