Supply of 24 KL (30T) Storage and Blending Tank for Oxidizer Phase (OP) of 3000 mm dia X 3600 mm Height, MOC- SS 304, Plate thickness- Shell and top 6 mm, Bottom dish 8 mm, the blend tank of will be vertical, cylindrical, flat bottom, flat flanged top, complete with 125 m, 40 NB SCH 40 spiral SS304 coil, in two parts, 90 mm dia shaft along with 2 Nos. of pitch blade top entry turbine agitator at different depth, 65-70 RPM, with necessary supports, all necessary nozzle, drain, vent, support legs and MS platform with railing and suitable ladder and 20 HP, IP 55, TEFC motor with suitable Electrical Starter Switch and Gear Box along with insulation by 50 mm glass wool pad, chicken mesh and cladding with 1.5 mm thick SS 304 sheet by wielding to avoid entry of water/foreign material inside the insulation shell. Height of manhole collar to be max 200 mm so that it is within the height of channel support at the top of tank and it does not interfere during placement of tank. Manhole size required minimum 600 mm ID at the top of tank for feeding of AN & cleaning of Tank. Providing feed hopper to be fitted on manhole having square shape (approx. 1m x1m) at top and with bottom dia equivalent to manhole dia with fixing arrangement with nut & bolts of SS is required for all tanks.

Design & Supply of High Density Ammonium Nitrate conveying system through a Belt Conveyor of width 1000 mm & CD of approx 35-40 m along with skirting arrangement on both edges of the Conveyor and suitable drive, motor, starting panel and supply cable and necessary safety features along with 4 nos. discharge points / ploughs for feeding 4 nos. Blend Tanks falling in the discharge zone of around 20m.
