Conducting survey for land and water body using Total Station and other suitable instrument including apex to apex traverse showing all salient features like permanent structures, roads, culverts, nalla, HT lines, telephones, sewer lines, marking trees nos and list of trees, girth type of tree etc. and establishing true North at site as directed by the Engineer and preparation of drawing etc. complete. The fixing of traverse to be done with total station and plane table with conventional method. Taking levels at every 5m c/c grid in the given area and plotting of contours at 0.5 m intervals. Taking invert levels of the existing drains along the length of the drain culvert, inlets, outlets etc complete at 10m interval including rain water, sewer line, chambers and septic tanks and summit a separate drawing for the same showing the top and invert levels. this drawing should also show the ground levels in other the side of canal no. 3 at 20 m stretch and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes including applicable GST.

Shifting of bench mark values from given GTS bench mark location shown by Engineer-in charge to proposed survey location establishing bench mark at site on pedestal, punched on MS Plate etc. Complete. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes including applicable GST.

Providing Bench Mark pillar of size 300x300x900 mm in M20 grade concrete and fixing with SS Plate of size 250x250 mm including engraving the Reduced Level (R.L.) etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes including applicable GST.

Providing the numbers of alternate road alignment for between lakes for approach road as per direction of project Engineer with Plan and L-section, Cross section and Earthwork Quantities including cutting and filling etc. complete, with proper drawings and documentation as mentioned final alignment and including soft copy in CD form and two sets of Hard copy and as directed by Project Engineer. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes including applicable GST.

Cutting of wild vegetations along with necessary manpowers & tools such as pans, spades, shavels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small branches cutting machines, wild vegetations cutting tools, saw, small special spade raincoats etc. including clearing jungle, uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m / outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and also carry out seasonable departmental work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge / Security Officer under the guidance of Project Engineer. Notes: 1. The rate should be inclusive of supplying of Gum Boots. Safety Shoes, Hand Gloves and all required safety gears. 2. The rateshould also include the charges of all tools and their maintenance which are useful for cutting of wild vegetations. 3. Labourers are required to work daily on working days/ holidays for eight and half hoursper day. 4. Mode of measurement shall be per labour per man day. 5.The contractor should pay the workers as per prevailing minimum wages of workers, as per latest government orders.
