Clearing and Grubbing of Road Land Clearing and Grubbing Road Land. Construction of subgrade: Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 818.2 with lead upto 818 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. Construction of granular sub-base: Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement : Providing and laying interlocking Concrete Block Pavement having thickness 80 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Tree Plantation : Planting of trees and their maintenance for three year (Planting of trees by the road side) (Avenue trees) in .60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaing the trees for three years.
