M&L in repairs for paradise horizontal blinds standards 100mm width made of cotton fabric with following accessories as mentioned below : (a) HEADRAIL : Extruded anodised high strength aluminium alloy section with wall thickness of 1.2mm (b) CONTROL UNIT : Made of derlin (Celon), it consists of tilting control which rotates the louvers and the traverse cord moves on pulleys in the control unit for stacking. (c) CARRIERS : Moulded of derlin (Celon) with an anti-friction additive. It consists of a housing with wheels, upper bevel gear matching lower gear, louver holding stem with a hanger book and keeper to match the hole in the top of the louver. (d) TILTER : Nickle plated brass/steel ball chain. It tilts the louver to any desired angle upto 180o and holds them at that angle. (e) TRAVERSE CORD: Braided of high strength polyster fibre, It is flexible, has minimum stretch and maximum abrasion resistance. (f) TILT ROD: Extruded hard aluminium alloy with three/four equally spaced keyways for operation of carrier gear. (g) INSTALLATION BRACKET: Made from galvanised steel of 10 gauge fitted with pressure clips made of spring steel to hold the headrail. (h) BOTTOM MECHANISM : (i) Bottom Weight made from galvanised steel sheets and is powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance.
