Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring(light,fan,socket or power) complete along with fittings such as switches ,Sockets, ceiling rose , lamp holder ,tube light fittings and making good distrubed surfaces on walls etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable of FRLS grade with one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity drawn in surface PVC Casing-Caping not less than 20mm width with pressed steel in concealed MS box duly including covered with 3 mm thick hylem sheets for mounting switches/Sockets, accessories such as spacers, saddles, junction boxes for one light / fan point / Bell point/5 amp socket controlled by one switch.

Ditto all as per above item but, one socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp on the same board with other switches.

Ditto all same as per above item but for stair case light point controlled by 2 Nos of 2 way swiches for stair case wiring.

Ditto all same as per above item but with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper FRLS grade cable with one run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity for power socket on independent board.
