Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise as specified specially provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Striping of existing roof felt including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof / parapet without disturbing wall surfaces and removing distances exc 500 m not exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cutting out cracks to V Section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Cement concrete in roof padding or hunching like using type BO ,1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over while the padding concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and laying 3.5 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane with mineral finished on top, minimum 3.5 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven febric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application over primed surfce & overlap shall be of minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm transverse direction complete all as per manufacture instruction and as per direction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2kg/sqm including primer and cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid integral proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Cement concrete type B-1 ,1:2:4 ( using 20 mm aggregate) as in copping benching at junction of roof and parapet walls finished fair ande smooth complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down PVC rain water pipe any size or pattern including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore any radius including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend 110 mm bore any radius complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work / PCC / RCC including necessary scaffolding , any location / height (i.e roof , parapet walls near pipes etc.) and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PPC 1:2:4 Type B-O and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150x 150x 150mm) complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt roof treatment from roofs/vertical surfaces, brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Note:- All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed 1.5 to 2 Km complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete for wall, roof surfaces etc mixes with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered wall surface and application of two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore of pipe and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore of pipe and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore in new or old position (valve, ceiling, floors) etc complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore in new or old position (valve, ceiling, floors) etc complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings ISI marked and fixed concealed type complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, bore of tube 15mm complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position exc. 250 and not exc. 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rotaitonal moulded polyurethene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoised and fixed in position of 500 Ltrs capacity with 15mm HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O ( 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cills , copings, benching on chajjas, kerbs, mud stops, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O ( 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding concrete to roof or chamfered an edges etc including form work straight or curved finished fair and even to a surface , complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for providing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed as described in the following process. (i) applying a coat of cold applied polymeric modified bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm. (i) Providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3.0 kg/sqmm and minimum 3.5 mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven febric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application over primed surfce & overlap shall be of minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm transverse direction. (iii) applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2kg/sqm NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturers or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 150 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, including clamps including taking down of pipe complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend 150 mm bore any radius complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern ), including all fittings, heads , shoes, bends, swan necks etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge.
