Material and labour for preparation of old plastered ceilling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as spcified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfacs of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of exiting treatment and preparation of surfaces of walls by wire brushes and using sand paper and stopping of surfaces & leveling /edging the disturbed places /edges by applying a coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Volatile Organic Compounds less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L applying one coat of texture paint over a coat of primer with and including 1mm thick Birla/ JK wall putty white or tinted on walls including complete removal of existing treatment and necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M & L French polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old work with one or more coats all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
