Charges for Overhauling of 1 set of Pump Pull Out Assembly of CWP, by removal of flexible coupling, taper coupling, bearing housing with all internals, Motor stool stuffing box, lubricating water line and air vent line; dismantling of bush, seating, drive shaft, spiders, deflector, intermediate shafts, enclosing pipes, muff couplings, pump shaft, delivery taper, pump casing, impeller and cone lock nut; cleaning of all the pump parts, all fasteners; renewal/replacement of new/old rectified spare(s) and reassembling the Pump Pull Out Assembly intact and satisfactory commissioning, including cost of all consumables and hire charges for T & Ps,and cost of Muff coupling bolt complete.

Charges for Overhauling of 1 Set of CWP Outer Column Piping assembly upto Bell mouth, by dismantling the Top Support, discharge line spool piece with delivery branch assembly, intermediate pipe supports, bottom column pipe support and bell mouth; Cleaning of all flange spigots and holes; renewal/replacement of new/old rectified spare(s); aligning and reassembling of CWP Outer Column Piping assembly upto Bell mouth and delivery side spool piece, in any one of the CWP 1A/1B/1C, intact and satisfactory commissioning, including cost of all consumables and hire charges for T & Ps, complete.

Renewal of rubber Seal in 1600 mm Butterfly valve in Cooling Water pump, renewal of seal clamping pad, rethreading of worn-out threads in the seal mounting disc and clamping the seal with the disc. Checking the open / close operation of 1600 mm butterfly valves of Cooling Water pump. (Rubber seal will be supplied by NCTPS-I/TANGEDCO)

Charges for removal of crank lever from its position by heating, arresting the BFV disc; removal, overhauling and refixing of shaft and sleeve of BFV and reassembling crank lever intact, very hard to operate butterfly valve of CWPs 1A/1B/1C, including cost of all consumables and hire charges for T&Ps and satisfactory commissioning for free operation.

Charges for renewal / replacement of 1 No. of new / old released discharge line spool piece assembly either on BFV side or delivery branch side in any one of CWP 1A/1B/1C, by supporting, dismantling & removal of bolts & nuts; cleaning the matching surfaces and holes; aligning, reassembling of new/old rectified spare(s) on BFV side and tightening of all bolts and nuts, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T & Ps etc.,

Charges for air blasting and cleaning of heavy marine growth in the stop log gate lowering side wall grooves by using air compressor and cleaning the entrapped heavy silt accumlation in order to facilitate free operation of stop log gate within grooves, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps, such as, air compressor, Diving regulator, diving spins, cylinder regulator, diving mask, diving dress, weight belt, manila rope, etc., in the fore bay of CWP 1A/1B/1C.

Charges for lifting, leading and lowering the stop log gate, arresting the water ( upto - 11 m) lifting the trash rack, cleaning the debris and lowering the dewatering pump, dewatering and cleaning the slurry; Alignment checking of TWS & bell mouth and lifting the dewatering pump from suction bay; lowering the rectified trash rack in the suction bay, Cleaning, painting of released Stop Log Gate and the TWS cover in f the forebay of CWP 1A/1B/1C, including cost of all consumables and hire charges for T & Ps, complete. (Note: After completion of dewatering works, the dewatering pump, discharge hose, foot valves which are under the TANGEDCO Ltd.'s scope of supply for the dewatering purpose should be cleaned thoroughly, dried and shifted to their location)

Charges for chipping and complete removal of hard Burnacles, silt, sand, etc... found inside the chamber of entire suction bay and discharge line walls upto bend at tunnel end; thorough cleaning and collection of removed debris, proper disposal of all collected debris, by shifting the collected debris to the repair bay by suitable means, transporting suitably and unloading at a remote low lying area within NCTPS-I, as directed by the field Engineers, including cost of providing scoffolding, debris lifting arrangements such as "A" frame, pulleys, ropes, other T & Ps, cost of consumables, etc... complete, in any of the CWP 1A/1B/1C.

Charges for Overhauling of any one of the Travelling Water Screen assembly in TWS 1A/1B/1C, by complete dismantling upto foot sprockets and plummer blocks, cleaning, related required rectifications, renewal / replacement of new / rectified spares, refixing of foot sprocket with integral tooth and support angles, reassembling intact and satisfactory commissioning, including cost of all consumables and hire charges for T & Ps, complete, in any one of the fore bay of CWP 1A/1B/1C.

Charges for lifting the trash screen from fore bay for cleaning and rectification in the Trash screen and renewing the damaged part of Nylon Screen rope suitably, by using SS materials and spare nylon rope of same size, after rectification lowering the trash screen in fore bay including cost of SS welding electrodes, cutting electrodes, Nylon rope, consumables and hire charges for T & Ps, in the Trash Screen Assembly of CWP 1A/1B/1C. (Required SS materials will be supplied by TANGEDCO Ltd. Required other consumables such as, SS and Cutting electrodes, Nylon rope are under Contractor's Scope of supply to the actual requirement)
