Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Providing and fixing of wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames, wrought framed of first class imported wood, including cost and carriage of materials and head load etc complete job.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete including all cost and carriages involved upto floor V level.

Providing & fixing paneled & glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws excluding paneling . 30mm thick including 3.5 mm glass panes with all allied fittings (imported wood)

Proiding and fixing of 30 mm thick wire guaze shutters using galvanized M.S wire Guaze of avergae width for aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Imported Wood)

Providing and fixing specified pre-laminated medium density board (18 mm) with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I (exterior grade) in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, (fittings to be paid separately) Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board grade-I type-II conforming to IS” 3087 edges to be painted with polyurethane primer.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms including all cost and carriages involved.

Providing and applying of 12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 mix ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all cost and carriages invovled complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter including all cost and carriages invovled.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including all cost and carriages invovled.

Providing and applying white cement based putty 2 mm thick, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying of Excel Paint (Apex Spectrum) including primer coat in exterior walls including cost and carriages complete.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses / purlins / rafters / posts / post - plates or like componenets including cost of screws etc complete. Willow Wood

Providing colour coated high Rib sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers file with white lead and including Ridges and valleys all complete job (upto a pitch of 60 degrees), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. 0.50 mm thick . all carriages of material involved.

Carriage of material by mechnical Transport including loading, unloading complete for:-

Carriage of material by Head load for:-
