SITC of LED illumination sign board (16ft x 5ft) fabricated by ACP box supported with 1"x1" MS hollow square pipe of 18swg all around.The 3mm ACP facial should be provided with Laser cutting 6mm thick acylic letter out of which 3mm rising from the surface of the ACP board.6mm letters should be fixied on another 3mm acrylic sheet on back side of the ACP facial.Border line of the front portion and back portion should be coverd by 1.5" aluminium channel as per the direction of EIC.The sign board should be glow from back side letters by 1.5W/2.0 LED 2/3/4 module cool white in colourincluding 12 volt 615W power supply and LED must be covered in box made of 3mm thick sun board 4" with part of the four side of board should be covered by ACP after bending excess part from front side.The sign board should be fixed on existing MS fixture of the gate with suitable supporting arrangement on gate and mending good the damages ar per direction of EIC.Colour of APC & letter will be ar per direction of EIC.The cost transportation and scafolding charges are included.The matter is as follows "GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT ASANSOL DISTRICT CORRECTIONAL HOME" WITH LOGO

The Complete Sign Board Will Be Installed In Entrance Column By Ms Structural Work In Position Including Clamps, Frame Work Of Flats, Angle Iron, Channel With Fabrication Work Including Cutting, Bending, Welding, Drilling, Bolting Etc. As Per Design Of Manufacturer And Approval Of Eic. 1(One) Coat Of Red Lead Primer And 2(Two) Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Of Approved Shade Shall Be Provided After Necy. Preparation Of Surface. Installation Will Be Done As Per Manufacturer Recommendation And As Per Direction Of Eic.

Carrying Charges Of The Manufacturing Led Board From Co.'S Work Shop To Work Site.

S& Delivery following 250 volt 18/20 watt,4 ft single LED tube fittings complete with LED polycarbonate tube lamp having at least 100 lumen watt and cost iron box type fittings.(MakeCromptom/philips,master LED/Havells)

Fixing only single /twin flourescent light fittings complete with all accessories directiy on wall /celling/HW round block ceilling plates.nipples etc.as required.

S&F of 12W LED lamp B22 cap as per direction of EIC(Make-Crompton/Philips/Century LED Model-LUGR012C/Havells)

Supply & Fixing 12 Watt outdoor type Water proof Bulkhead Light fittings.(Make Century LED Model-HWAR012C/Crompton/Philips)

Supply & Fixing of LED flood light with inovative,aesthetic and robust design with pressure die cast aluminium houshing with frame and IP-PC lens/Toughened glass for better light distribution 100 watt 5700K (Make Century LED Model -FWZP100C / Panasonic/Orient (warrenty not less than 2years)

Supply &Delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE Al. Armoured cable of 2 core 10 sqmm (Make: KEI/Polycab/RR Kabel/Gloster)

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on thetop of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, includingfilling the space between the brick & cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.(F2-1(a))

Laying of 2 core 10 sqmm cable after cutting floor /pavement / wall and making holes incl, embedding tha cable at an average depth as below & mending good the damages to original finish ( page-F 3/ 5i)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland for 2 core 10 sqmm cable complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of cable.(F-4/7a)

Finishing the end of 2 core x 10 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials (F5/8b iii)

Supply & Delivery of sheet steel enclosure Timer Dist Box consisting one no. 25 A. MNX 25 contactor, one no. toggle switch, 20 A. DP MCB, one no.analog timer clock, one no. starter, and 2 nos. connector, indicating lamp etc. incl. 4 & 1.5 sq.mm. interconnecting wire with hinged door and locking arrangement and powder coated painting & connection as per EIC.

Fixing only the Timer DB on wall by fust nuts etc. incl. necy. Connection as per GS.(C-1/3)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (a) For Morrum Soil
