M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note-WPC will be measurd and paid seprately)

Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 0.3 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application,including removing of old tar felt, complete all as specified.

Applying one coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertifical surface 450X300X7-8mm/ 350X250X 7-8mm thick with necessary border etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over including 10mm thick renderting/ backcoating in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed

M&L taking up or down, 20mm bore, existing steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores complete all as specified and directed

M & L for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description at any position on brick or stone or PCC block walls, chajja etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick (in two layers 10mm+5mm) cemet plalster in CM 1:4 over brick wall / concrete surfaces using WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note-WPC will be measurd and paid seprately)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surface of wall in CM 1:6 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment or new surface,preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats and frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm each (Door/window/Ventilator ) including shutters without taking off shutters from the frame and removing from site.

Taking down chowkats and frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm each including shutter wiuthout taking off shutter from the frame and removing from site.

S & FS&F Solid PVC Double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as per specification & drawing shown on Page No. 160 of SSR 2010 part II.
