Providing and laying P.C.C. 1:3:6 using 20 mm stone metal including cost of all labour for mixing, placing, curing, cost of minor tools and hire charges of mixer machine, vibrator, etc., Cost of all materials and minor tools etc.

Providing and laying wearing coat with 1:2:4 using 20 cm size graded stone jelly including cost of all materials, all labour charges, tools, etc. complete. Excluding cost of centering and shuttering which will be paid seperately.

Providing form work including centering & shuttering so as to give rough finish including struting ,proping cost all materials all labour charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitrified Floor tiles (600 x 600 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) confirming to IS 13753 of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours for flooring over CM 1:3, 12 mm thick including inter mediate filling of the tiles with matching pigment etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including transportation of all materials to work site, all labour charges, tools cost of all materials, placing of cement mortor, laying tiles etc.complete.

Steel fabrication for roof truss Gindal or equivalent type coated tubes/sections in various sizes, including cutting, hoisting. Fixing in position applying one primer coat followed by two coats of paints and welded with bolts and nuts etc, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, transportation, fixing charges cost of all materials etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges out side/ inside including one coat primer after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surface all labour charges, materials etc., complete.

Providing G.I. coated corrugated sheet 5 mm thick for roofing for Additional Wharf at androth by fixing with hooks, bolts & nuts, Self drilling, tapping screws etc, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, scaffolding, cost of materials etc, but excluding cost of purline, rafters, trusses fabrication which will be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing of G.I."U" bolts/mooring ring to the side of deck slab/landings for providing fenders after demolishing concrete, exposing reinforcement. So as to fix the G.I. 'U' bolts with in the old concrete by welding new rods and G.I. bolts to old rods cleaning converting to the required level including all labour charges for shuttering, welding, concreting, cost of welding materials shuttering but excluding cost of G.I. bolts, cement, jelly & sand etc. complete.
