ARBORICULTURE M&L preparing the surface by ploughing the area upto 30cm deep and removing the boulder or stone and mixing with good earth for preparing the ground to receive the grass plantation mexican carpet grass including putting necessary application of different fertilizer and compost mixture @ 0.1 kg per sqm complete and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till grass forms a thick tawn free from weeds complete including irrigating the area by sprinkling water as required all as directed.

M&L preparing the surface by ploughing the area upto 30cm deep and removing the boulder or stone and mixing with good earth for preparing the ground to receive the plantation and planting different types of flower plants including necessary application of different fertilizer and composite mixture @ 0.1kg per sqm complete and maintenance of the plant for 30 days or more till the plants growth upto certain height including irrigating the area with proper method complete all as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M & L for 15 mm bore brass angle stop cock , chromium plated high pressure with capstan head long shank screwed down complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix double compression brass gland for fixing armoured cable of size 3.5 core 95 sq mm to 120 sq mmcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2 25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20mmx3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continuous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGICI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part - (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
