Construction of 200M PCC Road And 200M Drain from Kasroli Village to Dangil Village in Rolahatu Panchayat of Kuchai Block under Seraikella-Kharsawan

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered,rammed,fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete job as per sp and dir of E/I

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from Borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. S.O.R. Item No. 3.18

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (By Mix in Place Method) With Grading-I Material S.O.R. Item No. 4.01 B. (i)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutering - all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand zone -iii) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls(any thickness)including attached pilasters ,buttresses ,plinth and string courses ,fillets columns,pillars,piers,abutments,post and struts etc above plinth level upto floor level,excluding cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.(1:1.5:3)1 cement :1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregates

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc and removal of form for foundations,footing,bases of columns,etc for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc and removal of form for Walls including attatched pilasters,buttereses,plinth and string courses etc .

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc and removal of forsuspended floors ,roofs,landings,balconies and access platform including attatched pilasters,buttereses,plinth and string courses etc .
