SIGNAGE-1 : Providing and fixing of location based signage of size 2.4m(W) x 1.8m(H) made up of combination of Corten Steel and laser cutting/ cnc etched Alucobond/ Ionised Aluminium sheet fixed over Corten steel structure through Gas welding/ Chemical adhesive and installed with chemical Hilti fastener over wall surface with the name of Ghats along with some narrative/story related to all illustrated graphics, [proof read by authorised Professional] The work to be completed with different steps and in all respect as per the direction of Architect/ Engineer- in- charge as per drawing and the same to be fixed at the location provided.

Story Signages (Type-3)

SIGNAGE-3 : Providing and fixing of story based signage of size 1.2m(W) x 0.2m(H) made up of laser cutting/ cnc etched Corten Steel pasted with Chemical adhesive over riser of stair with some narrative/story related; proofread by known university professor. The work to be completed with different steps and in all respect as per the direction of Architect/ Engineer- in- charge as per drawing and the same to be fixed at the location provided.

Sculpture Installation

SCULPTURE INSTALLATION: Providing and fixing of Sculpture of size 9.6m(W) X 3.0m(H) made of combination of Corten Steel and Alucobond with laser cutting/cnc etching and fabricated over required 250X150mm Corten steel hollow box sections fixed with fastener over foundation, [with all soft content researched and proofread authorised professional]. All research content illustrated in with graphic, foundation and base work as per approved design/ drawings with red sandstone with CNC etched/inlay works of Varanasi logo. Same work to be completed with different steps and in all respect as per the direction of Architect/ Engineer- in –charge as per drawing and the same to be fixed at the location provided.

Map Installation

MAP INSTALLATION: Providing and fixing of City Map Installation of size 2.0m(W) X 2.0m(L) X 1.0m(H) made of combination of Casted metals (Bronze), with Patina finish over Blockwork pedestal of 1.0m (H) cladded with 50mm thick Red Sandstone, with proper foundation work. The process includes clay model, wax model, bronze casting and polishing of Bronze. Same work to be completed with different steps and in all respect as per the direction of Architect/ Engineer- in –charge as per drawing and the same to be fixed at the location provided.

Information Plaques

SIGNAGE-6 : Providing and fixing of Information Plaque signage of size 1.5 m(W) x 2.0 m(H) made up of combination of Corten Steel and laser cutting/ CNC etched Alucobond/ Ionised Aluminium sheet fixed over Corten steel structure through Gas welding/ Chemical adhesive and installed with chemical Hilti fastener over wall surface with the name of Ghats along with Salient Features about the Ghat, History, Story or similar [proof read by authorised Professional] The work to be completed with different steps and in all respect as per the direction of Architect/ Engineer- in- charge as per drawing and the same to be fixed at the location provided.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m; disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (a) All Kinds of Soil Specifications as per DSR 2016 [2.60]

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate) including supply of all materials, Labour and T&P etc., required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. Specifications as per DSR 2016 [4.10]

"Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Providing and injection chemical emulsion for pre-constructional anti- termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation top surface of plinth, filling junction of walls and floors, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per. Is 6313 (PartII 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such a chloropyriphos or Heptrachlor or chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as specified.

Supply and Installation of 10 watt Led concrete embeded ground burial light, IP67/68, ww, wide beam complete in all respect, 230 volts as per approval by engineer in charge.
