Carriage/Supply of potable water through truck mounted water tanker of 10/20 kilo litters capacity from nearest Delhi Jal Board filling point (at Burari or Kewal Park) to Indian Statistical Institute Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Moti Rattan apartments), Dheerpur Phase-I for interim arrangement of water supply on daily basis including driver, helper, hose pipes and other T&P all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage/Supply of potable water through truck mounted water tanker of 10/20 kilo litters capacity from distant sources like filling stations at Mangolpuri, Ashok Vihar, Paschim Vihar, Punjabi Bagh and other nearby sources (considering scarcity of water in DJB specially in summer season at Burari or Kewal Park) to Indian Statistical Institute Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Moti Rattan apartments), Dheerpur Phase-I for interim arrangement of water supply on daily basis including driver, helper, hose pipes and other T&P all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Item no.2 shall only be executed after getting directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement

Conditions: 1 The agency shall comply with specifications & other requirements as notified by Delhi Jal Board for carriage of potable water and to follow the norms of the vehicles as per the latest norms of the Transport Authority, Govt. of Delhi. 2 All the tankers should be steel truck mounted water tankers. 3 The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident or mishappening during transportation of water tankers. 4 Royalty to DJB shall be paid by the department directly. Engineer-in-charge shall decide the frequency of such payment to DJB to ensure non-interrupted water supply to the society. 5 This estimate is merely indicative and are given as a rough guide for the purpose of tendering. The tenderers are advised to visit the site and satisfy themselves regarding the site conditions, accessibility, availability of materials, labour, and all other factors that may affect the execution of the work. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on account of any ignorance or misunderstanding of site conditions or local factors. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to have considered all such aspects before submission of the bid.
