M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes of internal diameter 150 mm, in cement concrete M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stoneware pipes, class SP1 as per IS 651: 2007 laid in trenches and jointed with cement slurry and yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC bends without inspection door (any angle), 150 mm dia conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for plastering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K9 in any length complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying & laying ductile iron specials (class K12 as per IS 9523: 2000) of any type, any radius/ angle, 100 mm nominal dia for mechanical and push on flexible joints for cast iron or ductile iron pressure pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for flanged reflux valves of single door, swing check type (non return valves) of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 5312 (Part 1): 2004, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing cast iron/ galvanised iron pipes 150 mm bore in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 1000 mm X 1000 mm X 1000 mm with necessary brick work (subclass B) in CM 1:6, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6) type D-2, 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:4 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide prime on all metal works & three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring for one 3 pin/ 5 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 4 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
