Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, and precast concrete articles, staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for incl staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep and taking out in fdn in soft/ loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, incl rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete.

M & L formwork to sides of flat concrete foundations, footings, based of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter.
