Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Rates are deemed to be included for patches work.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surface of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Including all necessary scaffolding, lifiting arrangement).

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Ser Item No 6.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Supply and fixing in repair posts, struts, swan neck angle iron in fencing etc including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface), embedding in PCC, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks, cupboard frame etc including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface), (cutting holes in brick masonry walls and fixed with PCC 1:11 / 2:3) and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 600 mm dia concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including priming, preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical and removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc and applying one coat of cement based paint on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Serial item No 17.00 here-in-before but applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
