M&L for taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan, desert cooler, water cooler, wall fan of any size/capacity and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down geyser of any size/capacity , water cooler any type any capacity and depositing in MES store yard including making good the disturbed surface to match with existing wall finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase automatic inbuilt stabilizer having 40/80 Litre storage and nominal cooling capacity. Insulation must be PUF type, Noise level as per IS 1391 (Part-2) latest. Refrigerant should be CFC free environment friendly R-134a/32, compressor should be hermetic type with suction gas cooled motor, equipped with overload protector, condenser should be propeller type (quiet) automatically control temperature thermostat water supply should be 3m to 12 m head with all necessary fittings GI/PVC as required at site for connection complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE- BLUE STAR, SDLX4080B / USHA, SS4080 90 L or equivalent model in GODREJ / HITACHI)

S&F desert cooler, floor mounted with castors, with 5 blades, polypropylene/PVC body honeycomb type cooling media, 90 Litre or higher water tank capacity, 3 speed, minimum 3500M3/ Hr air flow, minimum 30 feet air throw, copper wounded motor 220 V, 50 HZ and 1400 rpm complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Orient Snow breeze Pro 90 L / Bajaj DMH 90 Neo Air Cooler / Crompton Gale DAC90 or equivalent model in Havells / Symphony)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted air cooled, split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated, ISEER as per bureau of energy efficiency specifications >3.82, cooling capacity should be more or equal to 2200 watt, Refrigerant environmental friendly R-32, condenser type copper ( grooved), Compressor- Rotary type, supply 220 V, copper pipe should be min 20 feet in length which has to be installed with machine. All accessories which shall be required to install the AC (including MS angle stand, Minimum 5 metre drain pipe, digital remote with battery). Additional feature should be Automatic Humidity Control, Corrosion Resistance Coating, dust filter, turbo mode, Green Anti Bacterial Eva Coils, anti bacteria filter and colour of AC should be in milky/off White Only. Cooling Capacity must be minimum 18000 BTU/hr. The supplier shall be liable for warranty for minimum period of 12 months for AC and 5 years for compressor complete all as specified as under:- Outdoor Unit :- It shall be fitted on platform with suitable powder coated brackets/ stand with vibration damping pads. Indoor unit :- It shall have cordless remote control unit, standard air filter the unit shall be wall mounted with necessary supports.

NOTES TO ITEM NO 06:- 1) Contractor shall ensure that the proposed AC complied with the above specifications. Necessary documents shall be submitted by contractor along with his letter for approval of make of AC. 2) The indoor/ outdoor unit shall be incorporated with standard sized copper piping covered with tubular vidoflex type thermal insulation fixed firmly by clamping and supporting. A suitable size PVC drain pipe shall be run from the indoor unit to the nearest drain point with U trap at the end which should be fixed firmly by clamping & supporting wherever required. Additional length of pipes & thermal insulation foam (apart from the standard length supplied by manufacturer along with AC) shall be measured and paid separately. 2) Entire refrigerant pipe shall be covered with suitable sized PVC pipe / tray with necessary bends, collars etc and it shall be neatly clamped and supported as required. 3) Necessary opening shall be made in the wall for taking refrigerant line outside and it will be finished with cement / plastering as required on ground. 4) Notwithstanding the schedule of qualification of qualities all items of interrelated work considered necessary to execute and complete the work are deemed to be included shall be provided by contractor at no extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heater water storage type electric geyser (vertical cylindrical type) 25 litres capacity with BEE 5 star rating (min) and ABS body, glass lined/titanium enamel coated inner tank incl fixing arrangement, clamps, nuts & bolts etc along with providing suitable capacity flexible cable 3 core with 3 pin plug of 16 amps and stainless steel connection pipes of adequate length complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, assembling and fixing modular AC power unit comprising of 01 No 20 Amps socket and 01 No 32 Amps SP Mini MCB, 3 modules along with GI metallic flush box, cover plate and frame duly concealed in wall incl dismantling of existing unsv power unit and making good surfaces with white cement/putty complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of MCB, socket, GI flush box, cover plate & frame. Concealed conduit wiring shall be measured separately.

S&F in repairs 32 Amps modular motor starter with cover plate & frame, 2 modules along with GI metallic flush box duly concealed in wall complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of cover plate & frame and GI flush box along with starter. Concealed conduit wiring shall be measured separately.

S&F in repair fully automatic star delta submersible pump starter with single phase preventer, in sheet steel enclosure, 3 phase, 380 volts, relay range (30-50 A), mounted on 50 x 6 mm flat iron clamp duly grouted in wall (minimum clearance 2" from wall) including necessary connections with lugs, testing complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : L&T, Cat No: CS96008COGO or equivalent model in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 10.0 sqmm along with one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 10.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of suitable size, including taking down of old Sub main wiring any type including batten/ conduit/casing at any indicated situation complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (1) Three runs of single core 10.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. (2) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage. (3) On completion of the wiring work, the contractor shall fill and finish the chases with cement mortar 1:6, apply 2 mm thick wall putty for smooth finish and finish with two coats of acrylic distemper as per existing shade over the conduit layout. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for the above aspect and no claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Supply, Laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, fixed to wall/passing through pipe/pole incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing complete including taking down existing old cable of the following sizes and cross sectional area :-

S&F in repairs PVC insulated unsheathed cable with single core 10 sqmm multistranded Copper conductor, duly fixed on walls, floor etc, jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, 50 mm bore, low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2 laid in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc, for cable protection including taking down existing old pipe complete all as directed and specified.

S&F in repairs Polypropylene Flexible Conduits, 50 mm OD, fixed to Walls etc with necessary clamps and fittings, glands etc for cable protection complete all as directed and specified.

Supplying and fixing PVC insulated and sheathed, flat submersible flat cable with stranded copper conductor, conforming to IS:694, of size 3 core 10 sq mm, 1100 volts grade including lugs and fixed to submersible pump set including taking down existing old cable complete all as directed and specified.

GENERAL NOTES:- 1) All dismantled/taken down items, except those catered under Schedule of Credit, shall be deposited in MES Store yard by the contractor under his own arrangement. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the ibid aspect. 2) Contractor shall submit original purchase vouchers along with manufacturer's test certificate, warranty etc for all the items supplied under the subject contract.
