Lowering / lifting taking out etc to submersible pump motor set with column pipe and cable in any specification after removing /disconnecting all electric connection carefully from panel board, joint of heavy duty flanged column pipe in 100 mm dia, minimum length 40 Mtrs as site in 3 Mtrs peices, bolts nuts washers, rubber gaskets etc incl supply and fixing as new nuts, bolts , washer, rubber gasket in suitable to 100 mm flange joints etc with all other site required work for making fuctional to submersible pump motor set in capacity upto 40 HP complete all as directed. (Note : All required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

De-coupling/dismantling the body of submersible motor carefully for removing to defective spares such as burnt out winding with insulating material , GM impeller, neckring, bowl assembly, bushes , coupling, lock, sand cap , CI intermediate bowl, S/S pump shaft etc ,checking and sagregating serviceability ,for replacing of defective parts as above and re-assembling as same, testing ,commissioning after replacing/ repairing to defective spares capacity upto 40 HP complete all as directed. Note ; (i) Quoted rate shall be including transportation charges (if required) from site to workshop and back as same. (ii) Repair,servicing, checking, required mechanical work , facing /cutting,grinding, polishing etc other all other site work. (iii) Required defective spares will be measured and paid separately against respective items of this schedule as supply only.

M&L for re -winding to burnt out winding of submersible motor stator winding as same in existing size /gauge/ No of turns / qty of insulation etc using supperior quality water proof copper winding wire ISI marked origional manufacturer and submersible copper cable in required lenght and size for making connection minimum 1.5 Mtrs long out side , re-assembling, full load testing, heating, drying, varnishing, overhauling,re-installation, commissioning, testing and connecting capacity 30 HP complete all as directed. Note : (i) Testing shall be done by contractor after lowering in borewell at site with sutisfactorily functioning. Payment of item shall be allowed after functiong of borewell. (ii) Quoted rate shall be including all required work at site for making fuctional to pump motor set and cutting , removing to burned windings from the motor body etc all.

M&L for re -winding to burnt out winding to Rotor of submersible motor, winding as same in existing size /gauge/ No of strips / qty of insulation etc using supperior quality water proof copper widing wire/ copper strip ISI marked origional manufacturer, re-assembling ,full load testing , heating, drying , varnishing, overhauling, re-installation, commissioning, testing and connecting up capacity 35 to 45 HP complete all as directed. Note : (i) Testing shall be done by contractor after lowering in borewell at site with satisfactorily functioning. Payment of item shall be allowed after functiong of borewell. (ii) Quoted rate shall be including all required work at site for making fuctional to pump motor set and cutting , removing to burned windings from the motor body etc.

Removing /disconnecting to centrifugal pump set from existing location after removing to suction and discharge connections, de-coupling , removing pumps in capacity upto 15 HP , open to body motor /Pump for replacement to unsv defective parts carefully incl re-assembling, painting to body using heat synthetic enemal paint in two coat, testing connecting etc to all as per exisitng, nut bolt washer and packing etc complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Required spares will be measured and paid separately against respective items of this schedule as supply only. (ii) Transportation charge (if required) from site workshop and back shall deemed to be including in quoted rates.

Note : (i) Testing shall be done by contractor after installation at site. Payment of item shall be allowed after functiong of installation. (ii) Quoted rate shall be including all required work at site for making fuctional to pump motor set and cutting , removing to burned windings from the motor body etc.

Note : (i) Testing shall be done by contractor after installation at site. Payment of item shall be allowed after functiong of installation. M&L for painting to MS/ CI/ DI pipe line in any specification & any size using syenthic enamel paint in two coat (one as finishing) incl marking to sign in different colour etc all as specified. Note; Colour of paint shall be approved by Deptt.

M&L for removing / cleaning / scraping / washing etc all for preparation to external surface of DG set engine & alternator with cabin body, foundation etc , re- painting using syenthic enamel and heat resistivity paint in two coat (one as finishing) on complete external surface of DG set body by using spray gun on specific pressure incl Sign/ MES No marking in different colour etc in capacity 100 to 125 KVA complete all as specified. Note ; Colour of paint shall be approved by Deptt.

Supply and fixing in replacement Cast iron non reflux valve (NRV) both end flanged (ISI Marked ) with by pass arrangement including provision of both end flanged joints with 3mm thick rubber gasket with suitable size bolts, nuts and double washers complete including commissiong and testing for 150 mm dia of bore for connected pipe.
