REPAIR/MAINTENANCE TO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, FLOORING, PLINTH PROTECTION, ROOF TREATMENT, PLUMBING ETC IN CHETAK COMPLEX UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STATION GWALIOR

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof padding/kerbs, chajja padding or mud stops,rounded or chamfered angles and throating on edges including Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for including taking down old existing roof treatment (screed bed/tarfelt/App membrane/mudphuska/bricktile etc of any type) upto 150mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hybrid (acrylic+polyurethane) based waterproofing flexible liquid applied membrane single component, three coat system reinforced with fibre mesh having crack bridging upto 2mm and elongation upto 200% and Dry film thickness DFT 1000 microns with heat reflective system for all types of exposed roof slabs (new and old) terraces (sloped and flat) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Preparation of surfaces including application and quantity to be applied per coat, will be all as per manufacturer's instructions of the approved make Make :- Dr Fixit Roofseal Classic/Sika Cool Coat/Asian Paint Dampproof

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling/picking etc upto depth of 80 to 100 mm from columns, beams and similiar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removal of debris outside MOD land at a distance exc 500m but n exc 1500m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate for all scaffolding upto 20m height required for repairing work shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L for applying one coat of anti corrosive primer @0.25 ltr/sqm for the steel area to exposed old or new reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars to form unbroken 40 micron thick film complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent minimum @2.6sqm/ltr or as per manufacturer's instructions on to old concrete surface such as surfaces of columns, beams and other similiar structural members complete all as specified and directed. M&L for non shrink cementitious micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using Rendroc RG or equivalent by weight(18 KG Aggregate: 25Kg Rendroc RG) in surfaces of columns, beams and similiar structural members including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
