Supply and fixing of 100 mm Dia Sant make NRV Valve set with flange, gasket, nut bolt etc complete as required for 1000 KVA DG Set Cooling water line.

Providing suitable foundation of size for 500 KVA i/c Excavation shuttering casting with CC. 1:2:4 Ratio (1 cement : 2 coarse 4 aggregate) by truck concreate mixer machine at site , providing and fixing of M.S angle iron as foundation edge protector size (40 mm) as per recommended engine / manufacturer at KL Bhawan New Delhi.

Providing suitable foundation for cooling tower Water Pump Motor Set for 1000 KVA DG Set i/c Excavation shuttering casting with CC. 1:2:4 Ratio (1 cement : 2 coarse 4 aggregate) as per recommended manufacturer at KL Bhawan New Delhi.

Providing and making of 100 mm dia Jindal make MS pipe line including cutting, jointing, welding, elbo, flange, gasket etc as required for 1000 KVA DG Set complete from Cooling tower Hote and cold water line and making of Motor Hedder with syphen, air removing valve and pressur gauge, one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint for approved color along with engle iron support etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 3 core 6 sq. mm copper armored cable for 1000 KVA DG Set Water colling Pump moter, Cooling Tower Blower with connection testing complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 4 core 10 sq. mm copper armored cable for 500 KVA & 1000 KVA DG Set Blower, Panel and battery charging system from Main LT Panel to DG Set Control Pane with connection testing complete as required.

Repairing, cleaning , rubbing of Cooling Tower tank with greasing of all bearing bush replacement of groove type fan belt and arresting of water leakage with solvent treatment and providing and fixing of water spray nozle, pipe etc complete for 1000 KVA DG Set cooling tower.

Cleaning, Painting of 1000 KVA & 500 KVA DG Set Canopy Base frameone or more coat of synthetic enamel paint for approved color and all rusty joint etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty 24 Volt DC 16 Amp SMPS type Auto AC 230 volt battery charger with wiring connection complete as required for 1000 KVA & 500 KVA DG Set.

Servicing of 500 KVA DG Set at site complete with providing of Lubricating oil, Coolent & "B" check kit with Air filter and testing complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 40 Amp. 240 Volt AC Power contactor for 500 KVA & 1000 KVA DG Set Blower motor operiting system with wiring connection testing complete as required.

Providing and fixing of Aluminum cladding on 6" dia existing exhaust fume pipe with 26 SWG aluminum sheet, Rockwool (48kg/m3 density), wirmesh including of all necessary material complete as required for 500 KVA DG Set.

Providing and fixing of Aluminum cladding on existing Residental type Silencers with 26 SWG aluminum sheet, Rockwool (48Kg/m3 density), wirmesh including of all necessary material complete as required for 500 KVA DG Set.

Replacement of existing faulty DG Set AMF Control Relay make Procom with modification and repairing of Control panel wiring connection testing etc complete as required for 1000 KVA & 500 KVA DG Set.

Rewinding of both Blower motor for 500 KVA DG Set with superior quality of copper wire with good condition of insulationm material, testing, baking, varnishing etc including dismantling the existing motor for caring out repair/ rewinding at workshop.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, nuts, painting and Provide suitable brick colum support with proper plastering etc as required.

Supply and fixing of Hevy duty Battery copper flexible cable of single core 35 sqmm (2 Nos each of 1 mtr x 4 Nos , 0.3 mtr x 2 Nos) each of meter size with thimble and end terminationetc complete as required.

Providing temporary arrangement of 3 Phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply to KL Bhawan Bldg for carrying out electrical and civil related works i.e laying of 31/2 x400 sqmm Aluminium XLPE cable from Temporary LT panel at MV panel Room to Busbar Box placed at Ground floor KL Bhawan and making connections testing etc as reqd
