Sand Filling with Good Quality Filling Sand including Watering, Cumpacting all Cost of labour and Material etc Complete

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, windowsills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing Vetrified Tile (600 x 600) of approved make confirming to IS 13755 in floors treads or steps and landing laid on 25mm thickbed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4sand) filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Supplying, Fixing Digital Wall Tiles (400X400) in Dados Skirting of 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size hard black granite crusher broken chips.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid & door/window/Ceosetory windows other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives
