Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound macadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Grading-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base/WBM/WMM including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.20 Kg/Sq.m. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared bituminousgranular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause.

Semi-Dense-Bituminous concrete (providing and lying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tanden roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl.
