Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thickness of Bituminous macadam using graded matel using bitumen 60/70 grade including cost & conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete as per clause 504 MoST specification

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6Kg of Bitumen 80/100 for 10sqm of premix corpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix corpet using 0.09cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG machine crushe chips with 9.8Kg of Bitumen 80/100 per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental cage for pre measurement including cost of Bitument which will be supply by department by the departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for permix corpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and power roller rolling sperately as per MoST specification 509 & 513 (III Revision) including all labour charges, higher and fuel charges etc.,

Collection and supply of US gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of KM stone of size 1.65x0.45x0.15 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of HM stone of size 0.75x0.23x0.10 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionery mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC 67:2001 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.1 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a MS Iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly deisgned foundation with M15 grade Cement Concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm below GL etc. complete (as per MORT&H Specification No. 801) 60 cm equilaterial triangle.
