Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement paster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the followings : (a) Mechanical cleaning of the surface clean and making free from any bituminous residue,dirt, oil, grease etc.. including filling surface cracks with Bostik Flowfill Grout to be repaired with high early strength, fast setting repair mortar using Bostik Patchfix concrete or equivalent, all complete as per the manufacturers specification. (b) Providing & applying one coat of Bostik Ultraseal PU Primer /or equivalent @ 200 ml per sqm and then applying two coats of single component, moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membrane of Bostik Ultraseal PU / or equivalent @ 0.60 kg per sqm each coat (1.20 kg per sqm in two coats) to achieve dry film thickness of 1 mm., complete all as per the manufacturers specification.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement concrete B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) on the cured waterproofing membrane to protect the waterproofing coating system from any damage complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

M&L for takig down and refixing roof mounted solar portable hot water plant (including Geyser, PV cell panel and connecting fitting and fixtures) from existing location and keep it in safe custody to refix the same after completion of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing decorative hand rails made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including grouting, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor, wall or the side of waist slab and etc with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Integral waterproofing compound

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick as required (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and propper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion weather coat white/coloured over a coat of exterior primer by auto roller for upto 12 mtr height as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instruction.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
