A-The supply, installation, commissioning, testing and modification

Supply of 9 KVA Transformer 750V/415V/190V 3-Phase distribution transformer as per RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0158-2010 (REV.-0), Type-1

"Set of brackets for 60/9 KVA transformer mounting on under frame for LHB EOG 2 Coaches as per ICF Drawing No. LWSCWAC/EOG-7-1-003, Alteration (a) or latest. set consisting of the following, 1) LWSCWAC/EOG-7-1-003 Alt. a COL I = 02 Nos 2) LWSCWAC/EOG-7-1-003 Alt. a COL II = 02 Nos 3) LWSCWAC/EOG-7-1-003 Alt. a COL III = 04 Nos (One set consists of 03 Items and Qty. 08 Nos) "

(1) Removal/Dismantle of 60 KVA, 750V415V and 3 kVA 415190V Transformer. (A) Disconnect the Input & Output connections from the 60kva, 750V415V and 3kva 415190V Transformer provided in the under frame. (B) Transformers shall be removed after removing of the hardware's provided for mounting of the 60kVA, 750V/415V and 3 kVA 415/190V Transformers.(C) Harness provided for 3 kVA 415/190V Transformer shall be removed by disconnecting I/P & O/P from transformer as well as from switch board cabinet. (2) Fitment/Mounting of the 9 KVA 750V/415V/190V 3 Transformer: (A) Mount the 9kVA 750V/415V/190V Transformer to RDSO spec. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0158 Rev.0, Type-1 on the existing location of 60 KVA transformers with suitable hardwares as the mountings of both the transformers (i.e. 60kva as well as 9kva) are same. (B) Connect the existing Input wires and Output e-beam cables of size 165qmm already laid on the under frame at the IN PUT supply terminals for 750V AC & OUT PUT terminals for 415VAC in 9kva Transformer, however for 190VAC Circuit Out Put supply, additional harness of size 4x6sqmm (R, Y, B, N), length 31mtr each shall be laid. (C) Connect the 750VAC (I/P), 415VAC supply and 190VAC (O/P) supply as tabulated. Note: Replacement of AVM Pad (04 nos. per coach) and other ancillary work as per direction of SSE/JE of field in charge. Required material will be supplied by only AVM pad railway.

Set of panel for LHB for Non AC Coaches as per Drg No. EDTS355, Rev-1, AM-1 to 4

"Railway Carriage Fan, 110 Volts dc, 400 mm sweep, fixed type Brushless DC (BLDC) (Sensorless), conforming to RDSO s specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0021/2005(Rev 3) with Amendment No. 1 with fan guard as per ICF Drg. No. ICF/SK-7-6-158 Alt (G) Col-II or latest."

(1) Removal/Dismantle of AC Fans. (A) Disconnect the AC fans connections provided in passenger area inside coach. (B) All the AC fans shall be removed from the ceiling arrangement of the coach by removing the hardware's. (2) Provision of BLDC Fans are to be done as follows: (A) BLDC 6 fans to RDSO spec. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0021/2005 Rev.3 (AM-1) with RCF Annex.-1 shall be mounted at the existing locations in the roof arrangement. (B) Connect the Male-Female WAGO type connectors supplied by the vendor alongwith fan supply. Connect the all the BLDC FAN circuits on the Cage clamp terminals with glass fuses in ref. to drawing no. SKED 922 properly. (C) Terminations of wires shall be ensured at Terminal no. 118-119 (F-1), 120-121 (F- II), 122-123 (F-III), PE provided in SBC.

Set of emergency lighting unit as per RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0180-2016 (Rev-0),type-II (Each set consisting of 4 nos. lights)

Removal/Dismantle of Emergency Lighting Unit (ELU) :(A) Disconnect the entire accident emergency light (ELU) provided in corridor and doorway area on both ends. (B) Remove all the ELUs by removing the hardware's.

Provision of Emergency Lighting Unit (ELU) are to be done as follows: (A) Provide the 9 emergency light (ELU) as per RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0180-2016 REV.-0, Type-2 inside the corridor as well as in door way area at the existing locations. (B) Connect all the accident emergency light (AEL) provided in corridor and doorway area on both ends with existing wring and terminate the wiring in SBC at the 110VDC MCBs (+S1F41 6A =32-F25.).

(A) Supply of Switch plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 1 (ltem-1 ) as per Drg No. CC74247, Alt'g' Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LSCN Coaches. (B) Supply of Switch 10 plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 1 (ltem-2 ) as per Drg No. CC74247, Alt'g' Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LSCN Coaches. (C) Supply of Switch plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 1 (ltem-3 ) as per Drg No. CC74247, Alt'g' Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LSCN Coaches.

Removal/Dismantle of Switch Plates : (A) Disconnect all the circuits i.e. Fans, Mobile 11 charging sockets etc. on the switch plate assembly in passenger area inside coach. (B) The switch plate assembly provided in passenger area shall be removed by removing the hardware's of all Switch plate assemblies

Mounting of Switch Plates: (A) All Switch plate assemblies to document no. EDML 086, Rev.8 Table-1 shall be mounted after modifications in the cut Outs to suit the switch plate assemblies 12 as per document no. EDML 086, Rev. 8 Table-1 on both sides wall of the coach inside the passenger area. (B) Connections for Fan and Mobile charging circuits shall be made properly as per ref. drawing no. SKED 922. No looseness of wires in switch plates shall be there and it shall be ensured during fitment of all Switch plate assemblies.

(A) Supply of Switch plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 2 (ltem-1 ) as 13 per Drg No. CC74253, Alt 'e' Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LS Coaches. (B) Supply of Switch plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 2 (ltem-2 ) as per Drg No. CC74253, Alt 'e Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LS Coaches. (C) Supply of Switch plate assemble as per EDML 086, REV-8 Table No 2 (ltem-3 ) as per Drg No. CC74253, Alt 'e' Note: 01 Set comprises of 10 nos. for LS Coaches.

Removal/Dismantle of Switch Plates : (A) Disconnect all the circuits i.e. Fans, Mobile 14 charging sockets etc. on the switch plate assembly in passenger area inside coach. (B) The switch plate assembly provided in passenger area shall be removed by removing the hardware's of all Switch plate assemblies

Mounting of Switch Plates: (A) Switch plate assemblies to document no. EDML 086, Rev.8 Table-1 shall be mounted after modifications in the cut Outs to suit the switch plate assemblies 15 as per document no. EDML 086, Rev. 8 Table-2 on both sides wall of the coach inside the passenger area. (B) Connections for Fan and Mobile charging circuits shall be made properly as per ref. drawing no. SKED 923. No looseness of wires in switch plates shall be there and it shall be ensured during fitment of all Switch plate assemblies.

Supply of switch plate assemble as per EDML125, REV-6 (Tab-1 ) (ltem- 1 &2) Note: ,Note: 01 Set comprises of 36 nos (.Item No.1 ,18 nos.Item No.2, 18 Nos for (LCZ)

Removal/Dismantle of Switch Plates : (A) Disconnect all the circuits i.e. Fans, Mobile 17 charging sockets etc. on the switch plate assembly in passenger area inside coach. (B) The switch plate assembly provided in passenger area shall be removed by removing the hardware's of all Switch plate assemblies.

Mounting of Switch Plates: (A) Switch plate assemblies to document no. EDML 125, Rev.6 Table-1 shall be mounted after modifications in the cut Outs to suit the switch plate assemblies 18 as per document no. EDML 125 Rev. 6 Table-1 on both sides wall of the coach inside the passenger area. (B) Connections for Fan and Mobile charging circuits shall be made properly as per ref. drawing no. SKED924. No looseness of wires in switch plates shall be there and sarne shall be ensured during fitment of all Switch plate assemblies.

All wiring of Non-AC LHB Coaches Arrangement is to be done as per Drg. No. SKED- 922, SKED-923, SKED-924, SKED-925, SKED-926, SKED-927, SKED-928, SKED-929 SKED-930, SKED- 21 931 SKED-932, SKED-933, SKED-934, & SKED-935.Tools & materials are required for completing the work such as the cutting wheel, drill bit, SS-304 screw, copper lug, nut, bolts, cable tie, connector, insulation tape, computer-generated ferrules, rubber pad, EDPM rubber gasket, bush, supporting clamps, and wago connectors, Etc. will be arranged by the contractor.
