Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three course sand isto six) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within all lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Up to 150 mm (one hundred fifty milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within all lead as per direction of Engineer- Charge :- Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm (one hundred twenty into ninty centimeter) and 90 cm (Ninty centimeter) deep, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
