Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre width and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in soft/loose soil and getting complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Width of trench shall not be more than that specififed under Para 3.2.3 of SSR part-II (Rates).

-ditto- as per Item No. 01 here-in-before but for portions of road/hardstanding etc, not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old signage boards incl foundation, of any size or type and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/up unserviceable LT cable of any size incl necessary disconnection for repair/ replacement etc (from cable duct / underground trench / pole), stacking properly (cable, pipes and bricks) complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply, Laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, of size 16 sqmm 2 core, laid in trench or fixed to wall/passing through pipe/pole incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately)

-ditto- but for cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

Supply & Laying HDPE pipes, conforming to IS-4984, 80 mm OD, PN 10 with all fittings, laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 08 here-in-before but HDPE pipe of size 40 mm OD.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pedestal of sign boards, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of SOLAS-grade micro-prismatic retro-reflective tape with PE film and acrylic adhesive, of roll size 50 metres long and 50mm wide, suitable for application on existing runway signal boards and for bonding reflective DTGM panels, conforming to ICAO Annex-14, AAI specifications and ASTM D4956 Type IX (or equivalent), high-intensity, UV- and weather-resistant, durable for outdoor use, including surface preparation of existing boards by removal of old stickers, films, adhesive residues, cleaning and making the surface smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT panel (of any size/type) and supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT Transfer Switch Panel (on-load changeover type) suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4-wire system, fabricated in factory-made / CPRI-approved facility, totally enclosed, dust, moisture and vermin proof, IP-65, complete with 400 A aluminium busbars (4-pole), double door/double shutter arrangement, internal wiring, mounting on MS angle platform with PCC foundation and grouted foundation bolts, all hardware and accessories, testing and commissioning, comprising the following: A. BUSBARS & INTERNALS (i) Aluminium busbars, 400 A, 4-pole, including neutral, with insulated supports, colour coding and sleeves – 1 set (ii) Internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductors complete with copper lugs & ferrules – 1 set B. INCOMERS (iii) MCCB, 415 V, 4-pole, 250 A, 25 kA, complete with spreader links – 2 Nos. C. CHANGEOVER & OUTGOINGS (iv) On-load changeover switch, 415 V, 3-phase, 4-pole, 250 A, open execution type (panel mounting) – 1 No. (v) MCCB, 415 V, 4-pole, 160 A, 25 kA, suitable for Al/Cu cables up to 120 sq mm – 2 Nos. Taking out unserviceable LT panel (of any size/type) and supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT Transfer Switch Panel (load distribution type) suitable for connection of two independent incoming 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4-wire supplies directly on an on-load changeover switch, fabricated in factory-made construction, totally enclosed, dust, moisture and vermin proof, IP-65, complete with 400 A aluminium busbars (4-pole), double door/double shutter arrangement, internal wiring, mounting on MS angle platform with PCC foundation and grouted foundation bolts, all hardware and accessories, testing and commissioning, comprising the following: A. CHANGEOVER & CONTROLS (i) On-load changeover switch, 415 V, 3-phase, 4-pole, 200 A, open execution type (panel mounting), suitable for termination of both incomers – 1 No. (ii) LED indicating lamps for ON / source status – 1 set B. BUSBARS & INTERNALS (iii) Aluminium busbars, 400 A, 4-pole, including neutral, with insulated supports and colour coding – 1 set (iv) Internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductors complete with lugs and ferrules – 1 set NOTE: (1) Incoming cables from both sources shall be terminated directly on the changeover switch. No separate incomer MCCBs are included in this panel. (2) Detailed technical specifications, enclosure construction, painting, mounting, foundation, accessories, testing and commissioning requirements shall be as per Annexure-A, forming part of the contract.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. (except light fittings), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.
