(a) Removing of all loose moorum from the entire area. (b) Preparing the surface by brushing the entire area with jute brushes sweeping the area clear and watering it completely. (c) Digging 50mm deep all entire area after leveling and dressing by water and hand rolling by manual power. (d) Filling the holes with fine clay till the top of the cleaned surface, Whatever necessary. (e) Supply of moorum at site by mechanical transport including loading, uploading etc. complete for maintenance of tennis clay court. (f) Layer of 40mm “thick moorum (Screened) mixed with fine clay (80% moorum and 20% black clay) to be spread evenly on the entire surface and watering the prepared area and rolling with hard roller. (g) Spreading a thick layer 12mm of fine filtered moorum over entire surface as dressing layer to be watered and roller with hand roller many time for absolute even surface and compacted. (h) Making of the court as specified dimension i.e. 18.00m x 36.00m and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
