Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Including cost of all material and Labour, all taxes and labour Cess etc but Excluding Cost of GST) (Compaction Only) (Including all T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads (Lead 1 Km.), transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.. (Including all T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

GSB - Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with motor grader at OMC, and compacting with Soil campactor roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 401. For Widening (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

WMM- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Soil campactor roller to achieve the desired density. As per Technical Spec. Clause 406 For Widening (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying 65mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam (Grade-2) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Including cost of all material and Labour, all taxes and labour Cess etc but Excluding Cost of GST) (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen sprayer at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned by mechanical broom. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift, lead (1 Km.) & transporting to site spreading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2(Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Plain cement concrete M15 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundationand compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days foundation. For U-Drain (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

RCC Grade M20 Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. For U-Drain (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications For U-Drain (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

PART A Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work, Drain etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous Work, Drain etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Bituminous Work, Drain etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous Work, Drain etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Bituminous Work, Drain etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
