Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exc 1.5 sqm each all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.001 above but area exc. 1.5 sqm and n. exc. 4 sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description area n.exc. 1 sqm each all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing.

35mm thick plain framed panelled factory made shutters with II class hardwood rail and style with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply with commercial vaneer on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I)1991 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated wood fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares with plain chamfered, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made flush door shutters 35mm thick,as per IS:2202 (Part-I 1999) solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including providing teak wood beading as per drawing and painted to match the door, fixed to chowkhats all as speified and directed.

Steel windows of box type, with frame of 80 x 60mm and1.25mm profile sheet with box type shutters consisting of inside glazed shutter and out side gauged shutter with steel handle, telephonic peg stay complete with glazing bars of 08 Nos with 10 x 10mm mild steel square guard bars in equal spacing, devotailed or welded all as per TD Drg No. 539 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 including filling frame with PCC (1:3:6) type C0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, 4mm thick sheet glass and 0.36mm stainless steel wire cloth complete all as specifeid and as directed. NOTE:- (i) Any brick work or concrete surface damaged during the process or work shall be repaired by contractor. Providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component elastomeric acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003 including demolition and removal of existing treatment of any type with the following procedure in sequence all as specified and as directed:- (i) Demolition of existing treatment of any type including cleaning and removal of debris from site. (ii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 kg/sqm of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iv) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with including supply of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Contd.. 1.100

Contd.. 1.099 (v) Ponding the treated portion atleast 48 hours, if any leakage / seepage observed the entire procedures will be repeated without any extra cost. (vi) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (vii) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete(1:5:10), type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. NOTE :- (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face to drain the water in to GI spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10mm below finished floor level and drain pipe dia is larger than the nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered. (v) mode of measurement : plan/floor area will be measured.

PART II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc., including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete concealed with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked including accessories concealed in walls including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, concealed on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed.for one light point controlled by one switch.

(iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.
