Reconditioning of brake drum and renewal of new brake lining for LT, CT hoist of 6 Ton capacity.

Dismantling of long travel power supply cable wheels for overhauling of all wheels and cleaning of wheels and replacing the worn out parts.

Alignment checking of rails and correcting misalignment by removing of rails cleaning water level settings adding shims packer plates if required and clamping of 3 Ton EOT crane of Ash water bay.

Rewinding of 1 No. LT motor (Main Hoist Motor – 1 No.) at AHP including rewinding of the stator & rotor coils are applying one cost of Dr. Bercks insulating varnish, replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and assembling Rewinding of stator 3 phase, 415 V, 10.7 KW, 910 RPM Main Hoist LT wound Induction motor removing of existing old winding, cleaning of slots, repairing the core if necessary insulating with “F” class insulation rewinding with “F” class copper conductor brazing the joints, binding the overhauling tapping with fire glass tape, varnishing with Dr. Beckinsulation and reassembling after changing the motor both ends bearing, providing new terminal block with copper links (bearings will be supplied by TANGEDCO) (Retrieved copper will be retained by the contractor).

Rewinding of rotor for 1 No. 10.7 KW 3 phase wound induction motor removing of existing, cleaning of slots, insulating with “F” class insulation, rewinding with “F” class copper conductor, brazing the joints, binding the overhangs tapping with fibre glass tape, varnishing with Dr. Beckinsulation and providing new with copper links (retrieved copper will be retained by the contractor)
