Providing and fixing mild steel grill gate as per the detailed drawing including hinges, locking arrangements and painting in three coats of oil paint of approved colour and shade, excetra complete. Weight 18 to 20 kilogram per Square metre. (For Ground Floor)

Providing and errecting 'Y' type barbed wire fencing with seven rows of wire with 2.45 milimetre diameter galvanised iron pipe (Rezan / concentina wire 0.75 milimetre diametre) with hot dip and galvanised iron coated hooks as per drawing supported on mild steel angle 50 milimetre X 50 milimetre X 6 milimetre at 2.5 metre center to center including fixing and fastening with wire, painting mild steel angles with one coat of red lead primer and two coats of oil paint, excetra complete.

Royalty charges for natural sand which is used for government bonafied works and for which Royalty charges are to be paid by the contractor. (This Item is to be paid to the contractor only after he pays the Royalty amount to Revenue department and produces the required voucher.)

Laboratory testing charges for various materials required for items of work, on the basis of testing frequency and charges fixed by Vigilence and Quality Control Circle, Pune.
